After removing the damaged section of vinyl tile flooring then blocking & tabbing the contents, we treated the area with Benefect Botanical Disinfectant, deployed a Dri-Eaz Revolution LGR Dehumidifier, an Axial fan and the a Phoenix FireBird Compact 20 Electric Heat Drying System. Moisture conditions in the mud room were closely monitored on a daily basis, and after a period of 3 consecutive days of drying we achieved our dry standard, completing the mud room water damage restoration.
